A State of disbelief
For the second year running they have been voted 'worst company in America' and not without good reason. They have also been busy sacking many of their studio employees, while the big boys at the top are cushioned from any effects and continue to feather their nests with our money. There are many news articles online circulating around at the moment about their winning worst company, closing down games, ripping off customers, providing inferior service and products, and mass layoffs of employees. The fact they are not refunding players money and actually had a cash sale before announcing Pet Society's closure is another unethical notch in their belt, indeed they encouraged players to spend remaining cash balances on in-game items before the end date! No offline mode is being offered and no plans to sell the game to another company either-they want to just bury it and keep our money. I personally spent $6000-7000 Australian dollars on the game since I began playing in 2008, and if I factor in the prepaid internet charges I clocked up for the first 4 of those 5 years at $50 per 3gb
